By accessing or using Arch Agent (the "Service"), you ("User", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms on behalf of that organization.

2. Service Description
Arch Agent is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that enables users to:
- Create, manage, and publish AI context files
- Browse and discover context files in a public marketplace
- Import context files from GitHub repositories
- Collaborate on context file development
- Access AI-powered quality analysis and suggestions
3. User Accounts and Registration
You must create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain account security, and accept responsibility for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
4. Subscription and Billing
The Service offers various subscription tiers. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Refunds are provided at our sole discretion and are not guaranteed. No refunds will be provided for violations of these Terms or user-initiated account termination after service delivery.
5. Modifications to Service and Pricing
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO MODIFY, SUSPEND, OR DISCONTINUE THE SERVICE (OR ANY PART THEREOF) AT ANY TIME, WITH OR WITHOUT NOTICE. Material pricing changes will be communicated with 30 days' advance notice.
6. Service Availability and Uptime
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES. We do not guarantee any specific uptime percentage unless explicitly provided in a separate Service Level Agreement.
7. User Content and Intellectual Property
You retain all ownership rights to content you upload, create, or publish. By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute your content through the Service.
You are solely responsible for your content and represent that you own or have rights to upload it, and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts
- Introduce viruses, malware, or malicious code
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
- Scrape or automatically access the Service beyond API limits
- Resell or sublicense the Service without authorization
- Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights
9. Termination
WE MAY SUSPEND OR TERMINATE YOUR ACCOUNT AT ANY TIME, WITH OR WITHOUT CAUSE, WITH OR WITHOUT NOTICE. Upon termination, your access is immediately revoked. You remain liable for unpaid fees. Termination does not entitle you to a refund.
10. Disclaimers and Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100.00. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company from any claims arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
13. Dispute Resolution
13.1 Governing Law
